We collects, process and stores data you voluntarily submit, for example, when creating a member profile upon registration or which has been made public by you such as when participating in a forum.


When you register and become a JusPax member, certain information, such as your photo, age, city and zipcode will be publicly displayed. By using the Site and Services you consent to the display of such information, for example, on our member search directory.

Please be aware that when using our forum, you are submitting content and information which will be publicly displayed. This also applies if you are a virtual Plaintiff or Defendant and share information about your case when using the Virtual Courtroom. To protect your safety, please use your best judgment when submitting information and consider carefully whether you want to disclose any information that can be used to identify or locate you. Please remember that any information you disclose via a forum or the virtual courtroom becomes public information. Please exercise caution when deciding to disclose your information in a submission. We cannot prevent such information from being used in a manner that may violate this your personal privacy and safety.
We store and process your personal data to implement the Terms of Use between User and us for use of the Site and Services as defined therein. We collect personal data:
1. When you provide it upon member registration
2. Upon an inquiry by you;
3. At your request, for example, to participate in surveys and newsletters.
Your browser automatically forwards the IP address, browser version, screen resolution and operating system of the device you use to access the Site. Your browser will also provide the date, time and duration of the visit to the Site. We also collect other non-personal information such as cookies, local flash data and statistical information such as date, time, pages used, total time of use and frequency of use.
We will also collect the contact information of your friends, if you choose to connect your contacts and address book information with us and your login credentials to your social network accounts, such as Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter, or other accounts such gmail or hotmail, if you choose to connect those accounts with your Juspax account or invite your friends using our Contact Importer feature.

• to optimize the performance of the Site and Services including our forums and virtual courtroom;

• to make adjustments to meet User expectations and improve our service;
• to respond to your emails, submissions and to communicate with you;
• to find and connect with your friends (when instructed by you);

Data is also used for statistical analysis and for anonymous data records. IP addresses and related internet information are saved in compliance with our data storage legal obligations and stored to secure data and ensure our system’s stability and reliability.
We may also use your IP address and the corresponding internet information to identify, track and cease use of multiple accounts for fraudulent purposes.
Cookies are small files that enable us to record certain information about your device. Most cookies are automatically deleted when you close the browser or exit a website. Services like Facebook Connect give you the option to post information about your activities on the Site to your profile page to share with others within your network.
